छांछ (Buttermilk)
इसमें एक अति महत्व की बात है कि 3 दिन पूर्ण रूप से दूसरा कुछ भी बिना खाए केवल छाछ पर रहने से बहुत ज्यादा लाभ मिलता है. अपने शरीर का पंचकर्म अपने आप हो जाता है. शरीर से अनावश्यक चर्बी झड़ जाती है. इतना ही नहीं चेहरे के ऊपर अच्छा तेज आजाता है और काले दाग निकल जाते हैं. चेहरा तेजपुंज फुर्तीला और तेजस्वी दिखाई देने लगता है.

Aayurved shaastr mein chhaachh kee tulana amrt ke saath
kee hai. shareer ke bheetar ke ghaatak padaarth mootr ke
dvaara baahar nikaalakar phenkane kee taakat chhaachh
(takr) mein hai. shareer kee rog pratikaarak kshamataon ko
badhaane kee taakat isamen hai. chhaachh ka niyamit sevan
karane se shareer balavaan hota hai.
Isamen ek ati mahatv kee baat hai ki 3 din poorn roop se
doosara kuchh bhee bina khae keval chhaachh par rahane
se bahut jyaada laabh milata hai apane shareer ka panchakarm
apane aap ho jaata hai. shareer se anaavashyak charbee jhad
jaatee hai. itana hee nahin chehare ke oopar achchha tej
aajaata hai aur kaale daag nikal jaate hain. chehara tejapunj
phurteela aur tejasvee dikhaee dene lagata hai.
Chhaachh mein vitaamin B – 12, kailshiyam,
Poteshiyam phosphoras aise anek tatv

9) chhote bachchon ke jab daant nikalate hain to unako
chaar chaar chammach chhaachh din mein teen chaar baar
pilaane se daant mein hone vaalee takaleeph kam hotee hai.
10) sabase mahatv kee baat kee 3 din bina kuchh khae pie
chhaachh peene se apane shareer ka panchakarm apane
aap ho jaata hai.
